Pork Chops: not your average grocery store experience!
We like to say our pigs are "happy piggies"! They are free range and have pasture to roam with trees to root, mud to roll in and all the garden scraps they can handle!
We offer two cuts of pork Chops:
Loin Chops: Think "mini T-bone". This chop has tenderloin on one side and back loin on the other
Center Chop: boneless chop taken from the mid section of the loin.

Our biggest tip with pork is DO NOT OVERCOOK! As a society we are trained to over cook pork, hence drying it out and reducing the enjoyment. We like to grill our chops to 145 degrees F, ideally with a touch of pink still remaining and LOTS of juicy goodness.
For best results, let your thawed pork chops sit in a salt water bath for up to 4 hours before grilling. Towel pat dry, then season with your preferred rub.
