PORK SHARES

We have harvested our first batch of pasture raised piggies. More individual cuts available by request or by visiting the farm store. 

The following options are available: 

Half a Pork, approx. 65lbs including:
25lbs sausage variety (Cheese smokies, breakfast and Philly cheese steak)
4lbs Sliced bacon
2-3 smoked, bone-in hams
Ribs: Side, back and/or sweet/sour 
Loin chops (T-bone style)
Boneless chops
2 Roasts
Lard.

Quarter of a Pork, approx. 30lbs including:
10lbs sausage variety (Garlic, cheese smokies, breakfast and Russian)
2lbs sliced bacon 
1-2 smoked, bone-in hams
Ribs
Loin chops (T-bone style)
Boneless rib chops
1 Roast
Lard

Small Pork Box, approx 8lbs including:
4lbs sausage variety
1 pack bacon
Boneless chops OR Loin chops
Small roast
