Time: approx. 30 minutes

Yeild: 4-6 burgers

Ingredients:

Sautéed mushrooms and/or onion

Fried bacon

Method:

1. Mix ground bison, onion soup mix, oats and egg together in a bowl with your hands. Form into 4-6 batties.
