Buy a mixed 1/4 share and fill your freezer.   The price for a 1/4 of bison is $8.15/lb and is based on it's hot hanging weight(HHW). HHW varies depending on the size of the animal. After deboning you'll get about 100lbs cut and wrapped meat. Half your meat will be ground and the other half in steaks, roasts, stew, short ribs and a sample of sausage and jerky. 

We finish our harvest animals at a prime age of 18-24 months then they hang for 10-14 days resulting in a tender high quality meat. 

Pre-orders are available if we do not currently have a 1/4 share available. We harvest animals every month so you’re meat would be ready within 3-4 weeks. Please inquire for exact availability dates if need be. If you have any specific requests for cutting your share please contact us. 

This deposit is non-refundable and will go against the final total. Once the HHW is confirmed we will email you an invoice for the remainder of the cost.
